DHS Self-Funded Programs are designed to fast-track motivated youths into international hospitality careers through practical exposure, industry immersion, and global placement opportunities.

The programs comprise two key pathways:

The DHS Singapore Attachment Program (DHS - SAP) is a 2-week residential immersion program conducted at DHS’s Training Resort in Langkawi. Participants gain hands-on hospitality experience in a real resort environment, develop professional work ethics, and build international industry exposure. The program equips youths with practical skills, confidence, and a global mindset—preparing them for overseas employment and long-term career growth in hospitality.

The DHS Singapore Placement Program (DHS - SPP) is a fast-track career pathway designed for individuals with a minimum of one year of working experience in the hospitality or food service industry. Conducted in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, this program bridges local experience to international opportunities by refining professional skills, enhancing employability, and preparing participants for placement within Singapore’s competitive hospitality sector.

Together, these programs empower youths with real-world experience, international exposure, accelerated career progression, and access to global hospitality opportunities, enabling them to transition confidently from training to employment and build sustainable careers in the hospitality industry.
